KURATED KITCHENS

Kurated Kitchens is the ambitious endeavor that has been five years in the making from chef-restaurateur Brandon Poon and his two brothers, Craighton and Clifton. With over 30 years of restaurant experience in the Bay Area and running multiple restaurant brands—from Express 7, Buffalo, Srasa Kitchen, and Roost & Roast— the Poons' vision for Kurated Kitchens is to bring together mulitple culinary concepts under one roof.

Kurated Kitchens is a neighborhood cafe and food hall that features a collection of thoughtfully curated menus showcasing various cuisines — from burgers to curries, Pad Thai's to fries. With each concept, we strive to deliver a unique, flavorful, and ultimately, a delicious meal.  Located in the heart of Silicon Valley and with the same spirit of innovation, Kurated Kitchens also serves as a test kitchen to bring new food concepts, techniques, and flavors to the Bay Area.
